In May 2025 we are excited to launch TG Discipleship School. An intentional and intensified school focused on equipping you as a believer by developing your spiritual gifts, growing your intimacy with Christ and activating your boldness as you bring the Kingdom of God into the world around you. 

The world needs to encounter Christ through people who are willing to live courageously and purposefully as they walk in the fullness of who God has called them to be. The world needs you.

At The Gathering, our vision is to gather all nations and people to see God’s Glory. TG Discipleship School exists to lead participants into total surrender to Jesus, forming disciples who live sacrificially to magnify Him and make Him known. By fostering transformation and equipping students to carry God’s Kingdom of love, justice, and peace, we seek to raise a generation of disciple-makers who impact the world for Christ.

lach & tara Jones

Lach and Tara have led The Gathering for over 13 years, passionately raising ALL IN disciples who love Jesus and live obediently to His call. Lach thrives in evangelism, encouraging daily witness, while Tara’s prophetic gifting empowers others to hear and release God’s word.

Stacey is passionate about helping people understand and apply God’s Word to their lives. With a Master’s in Ministry Leadership, a deep love for teaching the Bible, and years of involvement at The Gathering since 2018, she is dedicated to equipping others for a life of faith and purpose.

Justin wants to see Gods heart revealed through prayer, worship and the reading and teaching of His Word. He wants to see lives transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit and loves seeing King Jesus take first place in people’s lives.

With years of experience in ministry, leadership and missional work, Renee is passionate about the transformational power of the Holy Spirit that unlocks people’s full potential through revelation, teaching, prophecy and activation. Dedicated to pursuing God's presence through worship and prayer, and growing in her faith; Renee knows that a believer's first and foremost calling is intimacy with Christ.

Chris Wren has been a Christian minister for over 25 years, specialising in prophetic equipping and heart healing. She has worked with churches in Australia, the UK, and South Africa, authored seven books, leads the Prophetic Company at The Gathering in Tweed Heads, NSW, and teaches online heart-healing courses. Her passion is to see people walking in their full potential in Christ.

how it works

  • Anyone part of The Gathering and over the age of 16 and who is committed to attending all large gatherings and a home gathering.

    You must be actively volunteering in a team during your time at TG Discipleship School. If you’re new, we would love to get you involved in a serving team!

  • Mondays, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM at TG Tweed.

    • We will start the day with prayer and worship and then the remainder of the day will be split into three sessions: 

      • Session 1: Head (informative classes with guest speakers) 

      • Session 2: Hands (activation and practical training)

      • Session 3: Heart (application and reflection) 

    • We will break for lunch where you will get to connect with other students and TG staff

  • Cost: $1,500

    Includes materials, resources, and program activities.
