Beautiful Crazy is a ministry of The Gathering and a charity organisation founded and led by Ross Abraham, alongside the Abraham and Jones families.

Beautiful Crazy came to be after their beloved son and brother, Jaaden, suffered an unsurvivable brain injury on April 14th, 2024. The family spent four days in ICU at Gold Coast hospital and it became their home. Amongst the tragedy, exhaustion, shock and grief, a friend brought a hamper full of practical essentials. It was a touch of beautiful in a time of crazy and it made their stay in ICU just a little more bearable, having some basic essentials on hand.

After walking through this tragedy Ross and the family set out to honour Jaaden’s legacy and help others know they’re not alone and that someone else understands and has thought of them.

Today, Beautiful Crazy is in partnership with 4 hospitals across NSW and QLD providing ICU Bags filled with essentials for families with loved ones in ICU - just like they were not long ago. That was the kind of person Jaaden was, and they pray his big heart is felt through all they do.
